Happy New Year! Kicking into gear with three updates from Studio Isaac:

01. Join Our Studio

2025 was an exciting year for Studio Isaac, and we’re carrying that momentum into 2026.

We’re currently seeking full-time and part-time collaborators in design, procurement, and marketing. See details below for each role.

If you’re interested in one of these positions, please email sarah@studio-isaac.com with:

  • Your resume

  • A brief introduction about yourself and your interest in interior design

  • Optional: Portfolio, Instagram handle, or relevant work samples

We look forward to hearing from you!

  • Sourcing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)

  • Supporting CAD drawings and design development

  • Creating 3D/2D renderings

  • Coordinating and sourcing physical samples

This position is ideal for an early-career designer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. The position will be hourly/part-time to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. Preference given to candidates based in New York, as we work in an office based in the Nomad/Chelsea area.

Admin & Procurement Coordinator

We’re looking for an Admin & Procurement Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly behind the scenes. This role will involve:

  • Managing material schedules and coordinating calendars

  • Supporting procurement and order tracking

  • Handling expenses, invoices, and basic bookkeeping coordination

  • Assisting with vendor communication and management

  • Helping maintain clear documentation across projects

This role is perfect for someone who loves spreadsheets, is proactive, and is comfortable managing multiple moving parts and pieces. This is a part-time role, ideally 20 hours per week. Candidate can be virtual, but preference given to those based in New York or Atlanta.

Marketing & Social Media

We’re in need of a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help grow and refine our online presence. We need someone focused on:

  • Supporting our overall social media strategy

  • Managing and creating content for Instagram, Pinterest, and our newsletter

  • Assisting with content planning, captions, and visual storytelling

  • Helping document and share personal renovation and studio projects

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong visual eye, a love of interiors, and an interest in brand storytelling. We’re open to hearing from part-time consultants, freelancers, etc. We’re flexible!

02. Coast to Coast

From New York to California, we travel to support our clients wherever their projects might take us. Highlights from some of our recent site visits:

St. Petersburg, FL

Sourcing leathered quartzite for a handsome wet bar in the dining room of a 1920s Spanish revival home. We want any new materials to complement the original moody details.

Brooklyn, NY

Comparing painted cabinet and stone options for a wow-factor stainless steel kitchen island that will go in the East Village at Reform’s showroom in Dumbo.

La Jolla, CA

Selecting a floor finish and pattern in the daylight… not to mention taking in a beautiful ocean view! This project is a full gut renovation of the kitchen and living spaces.

Atlanta, GA

Admiring (and keeping) the original lighting in a 1901 Victorian-style home. We're renovating the bathrooms, swapping some light fixtures, and refreshing walls to be drenched in color and vibrant wallpaper.

03. Now Booking: Summer 2026

Weighing a home renovation, new build, or even a hospitality build-out?

We're already booking projects that kick off early this summer. The time to reach out is now! Schedule a preliminary conversation to nail down the size and scope of your project.
