TRIBECA RENOVATION

Tall, industrial windows frame a view of the Hudson River in this lot-like Tribeca home. With interior design led by Gerald Isaac and FF&E support from Adam Duong, streamlined architecture and interior elements now reflect a modern-day home and family. Subtle geometric elements bring into focus a picture of a collected place where the use of soft & hard materials, touches of color, and distinctive furniture sing. Ultimately, the home offers respite from the bustling world down below, for intimate moments shared between family, friends, and guests alike.

  • Scope: Interior renovation of existing spaces, including primary bedroom and bathroom, two guest bathrooms, office, powder room, dining and living room, as well as updates to the kitchen and coffee bar

  • Special features: Custom plaster fireplace, hanging gantry above the coffee bar, stand-alone tub, custom millwork in the primary bedroom.
