TRIBECA RENOVATION
Tall, industrial windows frame a view of the Hudson River in this lot-like Tribeca home. With interior design led by Gerald Isaac and FF&E support from Adam Duong, streamlined architecture and interior elements now reflect a modern-day home and family. Subtle geometric elements bring into focus a picture of a collected place where the use of soft & hard materials, touches of color, and distinctive furniture sing. Ultimately, the home offers respite from the bustling world down below, for intimate moments shared between family, friends, and guests alike.
Scope: Interior renovation of existing spaces, including primary bedroom and bathroom, two guest bathrooms, office, powder room, dining and living room, as well as updates to the kitchen and coffee bar
Special features: Custom plaster fireplace, hanging gantry above the coffee bar, stand-alone tub, custom millwork in the primary bedroom.
